Enable ftp server without iis on Windows Server using Filezilla Server

Navigate to firewall allowed apps

add the following apps (public,private) are checked
C:\Program Files (x86)\FileZilla Server\FileZilla Server.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\FileZilla Server\FileZilla Server Interface.exe

uncheck FTP Server since its related to iis and we are not using it

In Inbound ports, open
Local Ports
1024-65535
Remote Ports
20, 21, 1024-65535
Add Your server ip to the remote ips scope
